These terms are an agreement between you and Bluestocking Studio ("we", "us") for the GlowIQ app and this website (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
GlowIQ analyzes a photo on your device to suggest a color season, undertone, palette, and beauty recommendations, and tracks a "Glow Score" over time. It is for personal styling and general wellbeing interest only. It is not medical advice, not a diagnostic tool, and not a substitute for a dermatologist or doctor. Results are estimates and can be wrong; you can override your season in the app at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use GlowIQ. You can use the first scan without an account. Creating an account requires a valid email address. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure.
Your face image stays on your device. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how to export or delete it. You keep all rights to your data; you grant us only the permission needed to run the Service for you.
Do not misuse the Service: no reverse engineering, scraping, automated access, interfering with the Service or other users, or using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or end access for misuse.
The app, its design, text, graphics, and software belong to Bluestocking Studio or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may use them only as part of using the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any amount exceeding what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
These terms are between you and Bluestocking Studio, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app and is not responsible for any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do, and continued use means you accept the update. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Profile → Privacy & data.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Singapore, unless the law where you live gives you the right to a different forum.
