No. The scan is analyzed on your phone and only your color season, undertone, and a few numeric metrics are saved to your account. If you turn on "Keep a selfie for my avatar", one photo is stored on your device only, is not backed up, and can be removed from Profile → Privacy & data.
Tap "Change my season" on your results to pick another. Your choice is respected everywhere in the app and helps GlowIQ learn. Good, even daylight on your face gives the most reliable scan.
Every Premium plan starts with a 3-day free trial for eligible customers, then renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or open Apple's subscriptions page. Refunds are handled by Apple.
On the paywall, tap Restore purchases while signed in to the same Apple ID you bought with. If it still doesn't unlock, email us with the date of purchase.
Profile → Privacy & data. Download my data gives you a copy of everything. Delete my data erases your account and everything on our servers first, then clears the app on your phone. It cannot be undone.
Profile → Premium → "Have a referral code?" and enter the 8-character code. Opening a friend's invite link on your iPhone with GlowIQ installed fills it in for you.
